What brands are used?

We use different brands depending on availability and because of this you cannot specify a brand per order.  We mostly use Port and Company and Gildan 100% cotton tees.

What about sizing?

Please refer to our size chart to ensure you choose the proper size for the style you are ordering.

What shipping service do you use?

Domestic Orders: All items are printed in and shipped from Pennsylvania. We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Whichever service is offering the fastest and lowest rate at the time of your order. On average, most orders should arrive within 5-8 days (this timeframe includes custom production + shipping combined). You will also receive notification and tracking information via email when your order has shipped.

Please note, we custom make everything we sell. There is typically a 2-5 business day timeframe needed for production during which your order will be printed, quality checked, and packed. Once this process is done, your order will then ship out.

All items ordered from our website are custom and printed on demand just for you. This process takes a bit longer than traditional "non-custom" products as special attention and processes are required to prepare your items.

Orders are processed & printed within 2-5 business days, then ready to ship.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Please note, we can only accept one form of payment for each order.

What should I do if I need to make changes to my order?

We allow changes to any order as long as it has not been longer than 24 hours since the time of your purchase. Customers can contact us here to request changes to an order.

I only received part of my order?

If it has been more than 14 days since your order date, and you still have not received your shipment, or if it seems like your delivery has stalled for an extended period of time please contact us. Please note that it is not unusual for shipping carriers like UPS or USPS to have extended delays. But if your tracking seems to have stalled for more than 5 days, definitely contact us. Please make sure to include your shipping address in your email so we can confirm that it was input correctly when you placed your order.

What are typical shipping charges?

Standard (3 to 4 business days in transit) -
Starts at $3.99 for one typical item (eg t-shirt) plus $2 for each additional item. Some bulky items (eg hoodies) may cost more per item.
